A ten-member Chinese volunteer rescue team flew to Türkiye on Thursday to assist in rescue operations after this week's deadly earthquakes.
The team, due to spend about 10 days, took along life detectors and other equipment and about 1.5 tonnes of urgently needed medicines.
It comprises experienced members of Chinese voluntary rescue associations.
