On a winter morning just after sunrise, herders in Garze Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of southwest China's Sichuan Province are stoking the fire for breakfast. Tibetan foxes living near the pasture have begun their own day, by hunting black-lipped pikas. The rodent happens to be a nuisance for herders and therefore, the fox has been welcomed in the pasture.
