World's largest container ship sets off on sea trial from E China

The world's largest newly built container ship, "Xinfu 102," left the dock early on February 10. It has a total length of 399.99 meters, a width of 61.3 meters, a maximum height of 78.1 meters above the keel, a deck area of 24,000 square meters, equivalent to 3.3 standard football fields, and a maximum stack of 25 layers, equivalent to the height of a 22-story building. It can load a record 24,346 standard 20-foot containers at a time.
