Tropical cyclone Gabrielle is expected to bring dangerous conditions to parts of New Zealand. It was expected to dump up to 250 millimeters of rain on Auckland on February 13. Gusts of about 130 kilometers per hour are also expected. Auckland Emergency Management said the entire Auckland region was at risk of flooding in the upcoming two days.
