UN agency: Over 4,300 people reported dead in NW Syria from quakes as of Feb.12

More than 4,300 people have been reported dead, and 7,600 others were injured in northwest Syria from the quakes as of February 12, the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) said in a statement on Monday.
