EU tax authorities add Russia to non-cooperative jurisdiction list

The EU Council decided on Tuesday to add Russia, the British Virgin Islands, Costa Rica and the Marshall Islands to the EU list of non-cooperative jurisdictions for tax purposes, according to its official website.
