Ten days after a train carrying hazardous material derailed and crashed in Ohio, some residents worried about health risks have filed lawsuits. Evacuated residents have reported dead animals near the derailment site after authorities told them it's safe to return. The train was headed from Illinois to Pennsylvania when it derailed, setting off a massive fire that forced the evacuation of hundreds of homes in the immediate vicinity.
