One year ago, the first "Taizhou Express" embarked on its maiden trip from Toumen Port Station in Taizhou along the Yixin'ou railway, carrying China-made goods overseas. It is one of the several China Railway Express trains connecting east China's Taizhou to Germany's Duisburg. Stretching 11,267 kilometers, it is part of the Belt and Road Initiative projects.
In this episode of "Kickstart 2023", CGTN visits Toumen Port Station to see off the Yixin'ou Taizhou Express ahead of its 20-day journey.
