European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen said on Wednesday that the 10th EU sanctions package against Russia will contain trade bans and controls on technology exports worth 11 billion euros, adding that the sanctions will also target Iran for having provided drones to Russia.

"We propose to extend our export controls to Iranian entities," she said.
