Aid efforts following a massive earthquake that razed southern Türkiye and northern Syria are moving on to humanitarian relief. The search and rescue phase is coming to an end, according to Rolf M. Bakken, a humanitarian and assessment staff member of the United Nations Disaster Assessment and Coordination, when he spoke with CGTN reporter Cen Ziyuan.
