A total of 117 trucks filled with humanitarian aid have reached north-west Syria since last week's catastrophic earthquakes, UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres said on Wednesday.

"30 additional trucks carrying UN emergency supplies crossed into the region on Wednesday. We'll continue doing all we can to help those in need," he said.
