A brave rescuer risked his own life to save a man stranded at sea in eastern China. A rescuer from Yantai Jiaolong Public Welfare Rescue Team named Zhang Bin swam up to the stranded man and put a lifebuoy ring around him. A group of people on the bank pulled a rope attached to the lifebuoy ring to bring the two people back to safety.
