Residents of a small town in the U.S. state of Ohio are being warned to avoid drinking well water following a train derailment earlier this month. The train was carrying toxic chemicals. Kari Fulto, an environmental justice advocate, says that burning of the leakage could form dangerous compounds, such as dioxin.
