Norway's political parties reached broad consensus on Thursday for a civilian and military aid package for Ukraine worth 75 billion Norwegian kroner ($7.4 billion) over five years between 2023 and 2027.

The agreement virtually guarantees that funds will continue to flow regardless of the political makeup of the government that emerges from parliamentary elections scheduled for 2025.
