Texas sues Biden for signing 'unconstitutional $1.7 trillion spending bill'

U.S. Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton sued President Joe Biden over the "unlawful signing and implementation of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2023," which was the latest omnibus spending bill, Paxton's office said Wednesday.
