The hazardous chemical spill in Ohio, in the U.S., is provoking another round of bi-partisan blame-shifting. Some Republicans and its media are targeting the Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg, and even Biden's environmental policy. But the secretary, who didn't respond for days, partly shifted the blame onto the Trump administration. Buck-passing, as hazardous as the negative partisan fight, won't solve any problem.
