Min Pyin Village in Myanmar is a target of poverty reduction project. It's located 60 km from Naypyidaw. Although it's not far, the roads are poor, and become impassable in the rainy season. After talking to the locals, the Chinese team have concluded that their most pressing task is to build a road.
