Buddhists and tourists danced at the Lama Temple in Beijing during an event organized to pray for Losar or the Tibetan New Year. The songs and dances performed at festivals are a vehicle for spreading Tibetan Buddhism. The lengthy Vajra dance is one of them.
The event resumed after three years of suspension due to COVID-19.
