Expert: U.S. has again demonstrated that it's unstable, reactionary and dangerous

China released a report titled "U.S. Hegemony and Its Perils." The report says the U.S. has withdrawn from many international organizations and agreements, such as UNESCO, the UN Human Rights Council and the Paris Accord on climate change. Josef Gregory Mahoney, professor of Politics at East China Normal University, says the U.S. has demonstrated again that it's unstable, reactionary, dangerous and unwilling to follow international rules.
