The economy of China's Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) is expected to see a visible rebound with growth of 3.5-5.5 percent in 2023, Paul Chan, financial secretary of the HKSAR government, said in his 2023-24 budget speech on Wednesday.
