Oman to open airspace to all qualified commercial airlines
CGTN

Oman's civil aviation authority announced on Thursday that the sultanate's airspace will be opened to all carriers that meet its overflight requirements.

The statement follows comments made by U.S. President Joe Biden last July suggesting that an air corridor to Saudi Arabia might be implemented for Israeli carriers, to which Israeli officials responded that such a proposal could not move forward until Muscat consented to overflight.
