Two people injured in electrical blast in downtown Vancouver

Two people were injured in an electrical explosion at Burrard and Hastings, Vancouver, on Friday night, a local fire crew told CBC News.
The injured people suffered facial cuts and burns, and the fire has been contained.
A number of windows were blown out, and some nearby buildings were evacuated.
The Vancouver police tweeted that "we do not currently believe this was caused by a criminal act."
