Wang Lei is a 14-year-old basketball "superstar" back home in Xiji County in the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. He perfected his handles and shooting by leaps and bounds via watching online tutorials. Wang even became a minor celebrity after someone posted a video of him challenging adults on social media three years ago.
