U.S. President Joe Biden declared that a major disaster exists in the State of South Dakota and ordered Federal assistance to supplement state, tribal, and local recovery efforts in the areas affected by severe winter storms and snowstorm from December 12 to December 25, 2022, according to a White House statement on Monday.
