The 20th Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee issued a communique at the end of its second plenary session on Tuesday. The core message of the communique is that China will strive to find a better balance between pandemic containment and socioeconomic development. It also calls for more efforts to expand domestic demand and improve the stability of supply chains.
