Belgian-Chinese Chamber of Commerce Chairman Bernard Dewit urged the small- and medium-sized firms in Europe and China to strengthen cooperation and bilateral trade. Both sides should also strengthen cooperation and exchange in higher education to help people know each other better, he said.
