China is ready to promote more fruitful results in energy, trade and investment, green and digital economy cooperation with Saudi Arabia, Chinese Foreign Minister Qin Gang said on Thursday during a meeting with Saudi Arabian Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud on the sidelines of the G20 foreign ministers' meeting.
China is willing to maintain the positive momentum of high-level exchanges with Saudi Arabia as well as the high-quality development of Belt and Road cooperation, he said, adding that China supports Saudi Arabia in playing an active role in regional affairs.
Faisal said that Saudi Arabia and China have great potential for cooperation, and the Saudi side gives priority to developing relations with China and is confident in the broad prospects of Saudi-China relations.
