A group of foreign diplomats visited China Communications Construction Company in Beijing on Monday. The company is a leading global comprehensive service provider of building ultra-large infrastructure, covering business in 157 countries and regions around the globe. Since the Belt and Road Initiative was proposed in 2013, the company has invested in and constructed over 3,000 infrastructure projects. The tour is a series of visits by foreign ambassadors to Chinese state-owned companies. Diplomats said these projects have brought actual benefits to local people.
