In an exclusive interview, American investigative reporter Seymour Hersh, who published a report alleging the U.S. was behind the explosion of the Nord Stream pipelines, told CGTN's Sun Ye that the U.S. has been concerned about Russia using gas and oil as political weapons since the Cold War.
