The loom used in weaving Yunjin brocade is based on conventional ones, but is larger in size. Two people operate it simultaneously. The person above is responsible for pulling the threads according to preset pattern while the person below is in charge of the weft. The variety of colors woven into the design of the fabrics is what gives Yunjin brocade its unique beauty.
