China's gross domestic product expanded by 3 percent year on year to 121.02 trillion yuan ($17.93 trillion) in 2022, and China's economy shows great potential and momentum, Premier Li Keqiang said as he delivered a government work report to the opening meeting of the first session of the 14th National People's Congress in Beijing on Sunday.
