Another Norfolk Southern train derailed on Saturday in Ohio, the second such incident in that state in about a month. According to Anne Vogel, director of the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency, no hazardous chemicals were released. Local officials urged residents living near the accident site to shelter in place.
