China's GDP growth target for 2023 is around five percent. Earlier, major investment banks and the International Monetary Fund lifted China's economic growth outlook to above five percent. Professor Liu Baocheng, dean of the Center for International Business Ethics at the University of International Business and Economics, says that China has confidence to move forward and achieve high quality growth.
