With upgraded agricultural machines and information-releasing platforms, spring farming is in full swing across China. According to the Ministry of Water Resources, spring irrigation has started in 625 large and medium-sized irrigation areas in 12 Chinese provinces, with more than 2.5 billion cubic meters of water diverted to irrigate 1.4 million hectares of farmland.
