Wei Hanye is the cofounder of a local coffee brand in Beijing. In the past three years, his team not only got through several pandemic-induced shutdowns, but even managed to open seven new shops. Born and raised in Beijing's Hutongs, Wei always liked to promote latte art in his old neighborhood, which brought unexpected business opportunities during the pandemic.
