The Standing Committee of the National People's Congress (NPC), China's top legislature, has reviewed the legislative work over the past five years, saying that the national legislature formulated 47 laws and conducted 111 rounds of revision to existing laws, said Li Zhanshu, chairman of the Standing Committee of China's National People's Congress (NPC), while delivering a report on the work of the NPC Standing Committee at the second plenary meeting of the first session of the 14th NPC in Beijing.
