If the United States intercepts the tests of strategic weapons by the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK), which are conducted without being detrimental to the security of neighboring countries in the open waters and air that do not belong to the U.S. jurisdiction, it will be regarded as "a clear declaration of war" against the DPRK, Kim Yo Jong, vice department director of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, said in a statement, the official Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) reported on Tuesday.
