Taikonaut Wang Yaping hammered out proposals for pushing science popularization at the first session of the 14th National Committee of Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC).

As a member of the 14th CPPCC National Committee, Wang said she has submitted proposals to improve the transformation and application of scientific achievements for popular science education among the youth.

In the space lesson, Wang demonstrated how different objects behaved in microgravity environment and explained the concepts of weight and mass in Newton's laws of motion. She said she hopes students can have access to more platforms to learn about science and technology.
