In the desert east of Cairo, Egypt's New Administrative Capital is currently under construction. Wang Yao, the only woman among the project's 10 managers, has a deadline to meet: to deliver two commercial office buildings. And whatever the difficulties, whatever the logistical challenges, she's determined to deliver: top-quality, on time and within budget.
