The fourth presidium meeting of the first session of the 14th National People's Congress was also held on Thursday, following the third meeting in the morning. Zhao Leji, the presidium's executive chairman presided over the meeting. A total of 192 delegates attended, which met the quorum. The presidium has sent the final candidate list of state leaders to an NPC plenary meeting to be voted on.
