Russia said on Thursday that its forces had carried out a "massive retaliatory strike" on Ukrainian infrastructure after an alleged terrorist attack in Russia's Bryansk region, which borders Ukraine, last week.
High-precision long-range air, sea and land-based weapons were used to hit key elements of Ukraine's military infrastructure, military-industrial complex enterprises, as well as energy facilities, the Russian defense ministry said in a daily bulletin.
