Ukraine's Kharkiv left without electricity

Ukraine's second-largest city Kharkiv and part of the Kharkiv region were left without electricity, local media reported on Thursday, citing the regional energy.
The Ukrainian Ministry of Energy earlier reported that energy infrastructure facilities in 7 regions were under attack.
