Small group could not carry out Nord Stream pipeline attack: German expert

Some U.S. and German media have reported that a pro-Ukrainian group may have been responsible for last September's Nord Stream pipeline explosion. German media also revealed that the government in Berlin is investigating a group of five men and one woman.
However, Goran Swistek, visiting fellow of the German Institute for International and Security Affairs, said that a small group could not carry out the Nord Stream pipeline attack.
