Figures from the Chinese customs bureau show that trade between China and Europe has been growing steadily and the European Union continues to be China's second largest trading partner. From January to October 2022, imports from European countries into China rose by more than 4 percent from a year ago to surpass $406 billion. China's exports to Europe grew by 10 percent in the same period to over $621 billion.
