A Swedish expert has rebutted the claim by U.S. and German media that a non-state actor was responsible for last September's Nord Stream gas pipeline explosions. In an opinion article, Jan Oberg, director of the Transnational Foundation for Peace and Future Research, says Western intelligence and media are in deeper waters than usual to offer a fake story.
