Death toll from Cyclone Freddy rises to 99 in Malawi

The death toll has risen to 99 after Cyclone Freddy slammed into southern Malawi, the country's commissioner for disaster management affairs said on Monday.
The government has declared a "state of disaster" in the country's southern region.
