U.S. President Joe Biden, and the leaders of Australia and the UK have announced a deal, in which Australia will purchase five nuclear-powered attack submarines from the U.S. Countries and international organizations have strongly opposed the submarine cooperation plan among the three countries. They say such a plan violates the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty.
