Data released from China's National Bureau of Statistics shows the country's industrial output up 2.4 percent in the first two months of 2023. Liu Baocheng, dean of the Center for International Business Ethics at the University of International Business and Economics, says that China's fixed-asset investment is on the rise and next quarter will show more strength.
