The white paper on cyberspace governance says China has been actively doing international exchanges and cooperation in building its cyberspace rule of law and participating in the reform of global cyberspace governance systems together with other countries. Liu Chi, a professor at the Beijing Institute of Technology, says all countries should handle data security in a comprehensive and objective manner.
