China has formed a cyber legislation framework and will promote orderly and healthy operation of the internet in accordance with the law, said a white paper on law-based cyberspace governance in the country published on Thursday.
The white paper titled "China's Law-Based Cyberspace Governance in the New Era" was released by China's State Council Information Office.
China has the world's second-largest digital economy with the scale of internet users and 5G network ranking first worldwide. The country has made law-based cyberspace governance a drive to build up its strength in cyberspace, according to the white paper.
